Despite some negative points, there were certain aspects of the hotel that we enjoyed during our Christmas stay. the location was very convenient and close to many tourist attractions. the room had beautiful views of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful, which was a definite plus. Lastly, the swimming pool was a great way to relax and unwind during our stay.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay that made it less enjoyable than we had hoped. the breakfast was not up to our expectations as it lacked variety and flavor.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's an excellent base for staying in Ovalle. Venue's manager was top! Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend this hotel to all;)))

We were initially hesitant about staying at a casino-hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised by this place. The hotel was clean and beautifully designed, providing a lot of comfort. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly the general manager, who went out of his way to ensure our stay was excellent.

This city hotel offered excellent facilities for relaxation, including a spa and comfortable rooms with good amenities. the hotel's prime location near key attractions and transportation links was a great advantage. the hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful.

There were some points of negative feedback. Some staff members struggled with speaking English, which caused slight communication problems.

The hotel location was remote, making it a perfect stopover for long drives. The modern design and big rooms were a plus. While the breakfast was not the best, the observatory and spa facilities were impressive and worth the money.
